Question 7: My lock is playing up, should I arrange a callout?

We are often called out to failed locks and more than likely, failed at the most inconveient time!  When we arrive, the custome will often tell us that the lock has been playing up for some time!  So yes, if you lock is starting to play up or stiff to operate, pleae give us a call.  A repair now, might save time and agrevation down the line.
