Our call out locksmiths have card payment facilities with them to take payments for call outs. We can also accept a cash payment.

Our skilled locksmiths can gain entry without damaged to your lock or door, any damage will only occur as a last resort, but is very unusual.

External wooden door should be secured with British Standard Mortice or Nightlatch Locks that are rated for BS3621. For UPVC doors with multi point mechanisums, a different standard applies, whereby a locking mechanisums confirms to PAS3621.
We would advise that locks are changed following a lost key, as this key could be found and used to gain entry to your property.
We are often called out to failed locks and more than likely, failed at the most inconveient time! When we arrive, the custome will often tell us that the lock has been playing up for some time! So yes, if you lock is starting to play up or stiff to operate, pleae give us a call. A repair now, might save time and agrevation down the line.
